Common Errors (Hawkes Synchronization Tool and Single Sign On)

"Oops... It looks like your Hawkes Learning course is not linked yet!"

This error message occurs when the Single Sign On link is selected if an instructor has not yet established the link between the LMS course and the Hawkes section. The error can be resolved by linking the course using the Hawkes Synchronization Tool.

"Oops... The page you are trying to access cannot be loaded. It may have expired, or you may not have permission to access it..."

This error message sometimes appears when you are trying to use the Hawkes Synchronization Tool or Single Sign On link in Microsoft Edge, Internet Explorer or Safari due to browser settings. Switching to Chrome or Firefox often resolves the error. Clearing browsing data may also resolve the error. In addition, make sure that cookies from hawkeslearning.com, lmssynctool.hawkeslearning.com and/or learn.hawkeslearning.com are allowed.
