Frozen WebTest or Certify Session

If your WebTest or Certify session appears to be frozen, all you need to do is reload the page. All of your progress will be saved.

To reload the page, either select the option in the upper left corner of your browser, or press F5 (PC) or Command + R (Mac) on your keyboard.

When you resume the assignment, you will be taken to the last question you were working on when it froze and can continue from there. 

*Note: If you are using Respondus LockDown Browser OEM and your screen or computer freezes, you will need to force shut down your computer by holding the power button for 10+ seconds. Once your computer is completely shut down, turn your computer back on, return to your assignment, and you'll be able to continue where you left off.
