This is because the Hawkes site requires a more stable connection than most sites to ensure that your answers are always saved. When running a speed test, items such as jitter and packet loss can help determine the stability of your connection.
Please note that you will not lose any completed work in Certify or a WebTest due to a loss of Internet connection.
