If nothing happens when pressing Launch LockDown Browser, it's likely that you don't have the version of LockDown Browser installed that Hawkes Learning Requires.

To install LockDown Browser, follow the steps below:

1. Select Check Your Browser

2. Select "download the latest version."

3. Follow the prompts to download and install LockDown Browser

Once LockDown Browser is installed, pressing Launch LockDown Browser should launch LockDown Browser and allow you to start your test or quiz.
