If nothing happens when pressing Launch LockDown Browser, it's likely that you don't have the version of Respondus LockDown Browser installed that Hawkes Learning requires.

To install Respondus LockDown Browser OEM on your WebTest intro page, follow the steps below:

1. Select Check Your Browser

2. Select "download the latest version."

3. Follow the prompts to download and install Respondus LockDown Browser OEM.

4. Make sure all programs and applications are closed on your computer, including Respondus Lockdown Browser OEM.

5. Sign in to your Hawkes Student Account, go to your WebTest, and select Launch LockDown Browser should launch the WebTest.
