If you are receiving a message saying your code is registered to another user, it's likely that another student has already registered the License Number. License Numbers are non-transferable. Once a student has registered a License Number, it cannot be used by another.
For this reason, we recommend purchasing a License Number from your school’s bookstore or an Access Code from hawkeslearning.com. If you purchase your materials from another location, you may receive a used License Number.
If the code is registered to you but you are still receiving this message, the email address associated with the code you're entering may not match the one associated with the account you are signed into. If you believe that you are receiving this message in error, please contact Hawkes Learning Technical Support.
