License Number Registered to Another User

If you are receiving a message saying your License Number is registered to another user, it's likely that another student has already registered the License Number. 

License Numbers are non-transferable and once a student has registered a License Number, it cannot be used by another student.

We recommend purchasing a License Number from your school???s bookstore or an Access Code directly in your Hawkes Student Account. If you purchase your materials from another vendor, you may receive a used License Number.

If the code is registered to you, but you are still receiving this message, the email address associated with the code you're entering may not match the one associated with the account you are signed in to. If you believe that you are receiving this message in error, please contact Hawkes Learning Customer Support.
