If you are working in Practice, and you are notified that you are not ready for Certify, that just means that you have not correctly answered enough questions in Practice mode to reach the Mastery Level set by your instructor for that lesson.
In other words, if this had been Certify, you would not have completed the certification, and you would need to try again.
If you are struggling in Practice mode, you may need to spend some time in Learn to get familiar with the concepts you are having trouble with. Also, please make sure you are using the Tutor tool when in Practice.
