1	Can I Download or Print My eBook? Your eBook can't be downloaded or printed. If you need to print a specific page for reference while working offline, we recommend taking a screenshot of the page and then printing the screenshot. See "How do I take a screen shot..." for steps.
2	eBook Loading Issues If you are having trouble loading your eBook, you may need to clear your browser cache. Web page information saved by your Internet browser may have become outdated or corrupted. Clearing the browser cache will force your browser to re-download fresh versions…
3	How Do I Access My eBook? To access your eBook, select eBooks at the top of the page in your Student Account. Select the Launch button to open your eBook. Notes about eBooks eBooks cannot be printed or downloaded and can only be loaded from within your Student Account.
