We’ve worked closely with Canvas and have a resolution to restore your grade syncing!
Please follow these steps to restore your section grade syncing.
1. Log into your Canvas course.
2. Launch the Hawkes sync tool to reauthorize access.
3. As a precaution, please check the "Schedule Sync" tab to ensure auto-sync is still enabled.
If you’re still experiencing any issues with grade sync or notice anything unexpected, please reach out. We’re here to help.
