To successfully run LockDown Browser for Hawkes on a Chromebook, you must have the "LockDown Browser for Hawkes Learning" extension added. Any other extension version will need to be removed from your browser for Respondus to successfully run with Hawkes.

Download and Install LockDown Browser on Chromebooks

You can check that the current Chromebook extension version of LockDown Browser you have installed is up-to-date or install the latest Chromebook extension version by clicking Download & Install LockDown Browser.

To install, click download the latest version and a new tab will open in the Google Chrome Web Store.

Click Add to Chrome, then click Add extension, and the LockDown Browser extension will be added to your Chrome browser.

You can then return to your WebTest in Hawkes to launch it using Respondus LockDown Browser.
