You may receive a "Connection Lost" message while working in your account if connection to Hawkes is interrupted. Below are reasons you may receive this message and what to check to restore your connection.

  • Loss of Internet Connection
    • Check your internet connection to ensure you're connected to Wi-Fi and not offline. We also recommend restarting your internet modem.
  • Strength of Internet Connection
    • If you're using a shared Wi-Fi network, this can decrease your bandwidth. We recommend changing to a different network with less traffic. 
  • VPN
    • Being connected to a VPN can interfere with your connection to Hawkes. We recommend signing out and closing out of your VPN.
  • Survey Monkey
    • This specific program can interfere with your connection to Hawkes. We recommend removing this program from your computer if installed.
