Hiding a Section from Reports and Student Enrollment
Log in to your Hawkes Grade Book and go to Tools > Manage Instructors/Sections.
When viewing your section list, select the checkbox next to the section(s) you want to hide and select Hide Section(s).
Choose to Hide from Grade Book or Hide from Students.
Hide from Grade Book hides the section in your Grade Book from all Reports and Assignment settings. Students will also not be able to enroll in to the section.
Hide from Students prevents students from enrolling in this section by hiding the section from the enrollment list. Section will still be visible in your Grade Book from all Reports and Assignment settings.
To unhide the section(s), select the section(s) and choose Show Section.
Hawkes Learning will be performing network maintenance on Sunday, February 21st & Sunday, February 28th from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM (EST). All Hawkes Learning websites and services will be unavailable during this time.
