After you create your Hawkes Learning account, you can reset your account password by email or by text message.

Email Password Reset

Go to https://learn.hawkeslearning.com and select Forgot Password.

Enter your account email address and select Submit.

An email with a password reset link will be sent. Be sure to check your email's spam or junk folder as well.

Text Password Reset

*Available if you entered a verified phone number during account creation or from within your account under Settings > Account.

*Text Password Reset currently only supported for United States and Puerto Rico phone numbers.

Go to https://learn.hawkeslearning.com and select Forgot Password.

Enter your account email address and select Submit.

You'll receive a text message with a six digit code. Enter the code to reset your account password.
