Test or Certify Session is Frozen

If your test or Certify session appears to be frozen, all you need to do is reload the page.* Your progress has been saved.

To reload the page, either select the option in the upper left corner of your browser, or press F5 (PC) or Command + R (Mac) on your keyboard.

You will be taken to the last question you were working on, and can continue from there. 

*Note: If you are using LockDown Browser, you will need to force shut down your computer by holding the power button for 10+ seconds. Once your computer is shut down, you can restart it and continue from where you left off.
