How Do I Change My User Name?

To change your user name, first sign in to your web platform account.

Then follow these steps:

1. Select your name in the upper right-hand corner, and press Settings.


2. Select the Account tab.

3. Press Edit next to Personal Details.

4. Enter your desired email address in the Email Address and Confirm Email Address fields.

5. Press Save Changes.

Once you have saved your changes, you will be prompted to sign in again using the new email address.
