How Can I Take a Screenshot?

To send us a screenshot, please perform the following steps for your operating system:

Before taking a screenshot, please make sure that the Hawkes courseware is visible. For example, if there is a pop-up window obscuring an input box, please move it to the side.

1. When the error appears, press the 'PrtScn' button (usually near the F12 key on the keyboard).

2. Open a word processor like Microsoft Word or WordPad.

3. Select the Paste option from the Edit menu.

4. Save the file to your computer.

5. Go to our Support Request page.

6. Fill out the form, and add the screenshot as an attachment.

Before taking a screenshot, please make sure that the Hawkes courseware is visible. For example, if there is a pop-up window obscuring an input box, please move it to the side.

1. When the error appears, press Shift + Command + 3 to save a screenshot to a file. This screenshot file is saved by default to your desktop.

2. Go to our Support Request page.

3. Fill out the form, and add the screenshot as an attachment.

2. With the top or side button held down, press the Home button.

3. Release the Top/Side button and Home button.

4. Find the screenshot you just took in Photos > Albums > Screenshots.

5. Go to our Support Request page.

6. Fill out the form, and add the screenshot as an attachment.
